Marti is a co-owner of Elevate Medical Aesthetics and Wellness in Petoskey, Michigan. She is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, with extensive experience in Aesthetics, Family Practice and Orthopedics. She has worked in many areas of medicine since the 1990's, including Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Family Practice, Orthopedics, and as an Operating Room First Assistant.
At Elevate Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, Marti and her staff offer a variety of cutting-edge cosmetic services and aesthetic treatments, including Botox®, Juvederm®, Kybella®, Dysport®, Restylane®, Coolsculpting Elite®, Laser Skin Resurfacing, Hydrafacials, Diamond Glow facials, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Thermage® skin tightening, and much more. She has worked in the Aesthetic industry since 2013. Marti and her staff will create a personal rejuvenation plan for each patient, tailoring services to their unique needs. Using her Advanced training and skills, she focuses on providing safe, effective treatments to enhance her clients’ overall appearance and self-confidence.
Marti's initial love was in Family Practice, where she has owned her own practice in Jackson Hole, Wyoming since 2011. Marti recently has expanded her family practice to Michigan and will now be offering Family Practice medicine for men, women, and children. Although her focus will be on wellness for you and your family, she will manage acute and chronic conditions also. Elevate Medical also offers IV Hydration Therapy, Vitamin Injections, Weight Loss programs and Hormone Replacement Pellet Therapy.
Originally from Michigan, Marti, with her husband and co-owner, Dr. Angus Goetz, DO, live in the Petoskey area with their four children. When not with her patients, Marti enjoys being outdoors, gardening, spending time with her family, and enjoys fly fishing, horseback riding, and hiking in beautiful Northern Michigan and the Teton mountains.
